Accessibility is commonly assessed using indicators calculated from spatial data. Comparatively perceived accessibility cannot be adequately reflected by these measures because it involves the perception to participate in spatially dispersed opportunities. This highlights need understand and consider for planning evaluation of transport systems a complementary perspective. Therefore, this study aims offer systematic review concerning interpretations transport, its concept, major social drivers, barriers, methods key influencing factors. also importance safety service quality public their relationship with daily travel. The paper argues that due consideration will contribute development mobility-based accessibility-based planning.
